You should aim to arrive 45 mins – 1hr before the wedding ceremony. We normally try and seat guests 30 mins before the wedding ceremony.

When does the bar open?

The bar will open after the wedding ceremony. If you wish to have a drink or bite to eat prior to the wedding, we would recommend making arrangements locally in a nearby pub or restaurant. Payment can be made via card only. No alcohol or food can be brought into the venue, no exceptions. Kingscote Barn will charge the client automatically should this policy not be adhered too.

Can I bring confetti?

Please do not bring your own confetti, the newlyweds will arrange this as we have particular requirements to preserve our beautiful barn and grounds.
