Please ask the happy couple for their Unique Booking Link which will allow you exclusive access to book accommodation for the night of their wedding.
The unique booking link will go live 1 year before the wedding.
Check in times range from 2pm to 5pm. (Please check your individual booking confirmation for more details)
Accommodation can only be booked online and all rooms must be booked at least 1 month prior to the wedding date.

The Tallet House Rooms
Five individual double en-suite rooms, all full of character and charm.
Three rooms are located on the ground floor & two on the first floor of The Tallet House. All conveniently located just steps away from The Kingscote Barn!
The Pods
Our unique wooden pods have a comfy double bedrooms with en-suite shower room.
A sofa, TV, Dining table and small kitchenette.
Some pods sleep up to 4 when you add the sofabed option.
Woodland Lodges
These simply stunning lodges are tucked away surrounded by the wildflower woodland.
Sleeping 2 (1 lodge up to 4 people with sofa bed) comfortably with double en-suite shower rooms.
Enjoy your south facing decking for that cup of tea the next morning.
Twin beds are available in these rooms, just request on booking.
Shepherds Hut
Our spacious hut is the ultimate luxurious space for a romantic overnight stay.
With a super-king bed and free-standing roll top bath, you can unwind in total luxury, and wake up to a view like no other.
The Retreat
This luxurious room is perfect for a stylish escape for 2. The interiors are beautifully chic with a fireside living area, ensuite shower room and your own private terrace with outdoor bathtub.
Pull back the private screen and relax in your tub under the sail surrounded by just nature.
Spring Cottage
A stunning Cotswold stone cottage, just 2 minutes walk from the barn.
Including four double bedrooms (two with en-suites), a separate shower room and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The cottage is self-catering, equipped with a fully fitted kitchen.
Please feel free to bring your own provisions.
Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am.
The Treehouse
The Tree House Suite really is a true gem!
Relax in this complimentary hideout for the night of your wedding. Why not roll up the blinds, slide back the glass doors and wake up to stunning views over the valley.
Check in is from 3pm.
Breakfast Hampers
Why not add a continental Breakfast Hamper to your reservation?
Delivered between 8.30-9.00am the next morning.

Dog Friendly
Well behaved dogs are welcome!
We have 3 dog-friendly pods so your furry friend can stay onsite.
These are subject to availability and must be prebooked.
The Glass Room
Some couples choose to take advantage of the stunning Glass Room for a locally sourced continental breakfast with up to 20 guests the next day. Our Buffet Menu has a wide range of options to cater for all.
