We offer indoor and outdoor team building programmes in association with local, experienced team building companies. Away from the everyday workplace and in an area of outstanding natural beauty, The Kingscote Barn will help to focus and inspire your team.
Inspire and motivate your team and enjoy yourselves with some of our productive corporate team building activities. We offer programs that can last from one hour to half day or even full day. We have both indoor options as well as outdoor challenges suitable for virtually any size of group. However we recommend a minimum of 20 delegates for a good selection of activities.
Our teambuilding activities have been designed to bring out the best in team work, leadership, negotiation, planning and time management to name but a few. Motorised Activities
Power - Turns
These fun vehicles steer by way of levers rather than a conventional steering wheel and can seat up to 2 people per car each controlling one lever each. To get round the tricky course in the best time possible the pairing will have to communicate well and stay focussed.

Quad Bike Challenge
A traditional classic motorised event which challenges the participants to take on a very skilful course. Ideal for team relay events as well as individual time trials.

Blind 4 x4 Driving
A motorised event that can have the majority or even all of a small team involved. There are a variety of challenges which can be from just a blind driver guided by a navigator through to having team members in the back of the car performing a target challenge in the dark.

Reverse Steer 4×4 Driving
It’s easy to know you left and right, but how confusing can it be when we reverse the rule? (As blind 4×4 driving and reverse steer use one vehicle we can offer both activities for the price of 1).

Motorised Segways
These 2 wheel motorised vehicles depend upon your sense of balance to get round a twisting course, ideal for relay events and individual time trials.

Country Pursuits
Clay Pigeon Shooting
Our grounds provide an ideal setting for a clay pigeon shoot of any size. Your delegates are guaranteed a great day out of the office.

Our instructors will help the participants score well for an individual competition or team score.

Sheep - herding
Sheep-herding offers a truly EWEnique team building programme which has been experienced by a diverse range of groups ranging from City bankers to professional footballers.
The programmes have been hailed as an effective talent spotting or development tool, since the alien environment often unearths deep-seated potential and skills in team members.
Without exception, client teams come together and realise the significance of clear and effective communication, strong leadership and working together towards a common goal – they also have a huge amount of fun in the process!
3 hours minimum for this activity, can be for 1/2 day or full day. Groups of 10 to 16.

Team Tournament Challenge
The Team Tournament Challenge is the perfect way to give your teams an exciting shot of team skills into your training or away day programme. This challenge is split into two parts, one being our ‘Field Events’ whereby the teams will have to solve a selection of short team ‘brain testing’ activities. The other is a team construction challenge where the team have to design, plan and build their very own ‘Rollercoaster’
The combination of these two zones will test your team’s leadership skills, communication, teamwork, time management, planning and project management to name but a few, yet all presented in a fun and competitive environment.
Duration: 2 hours
Number of participants: 16 – 2 teams of 8
Laser Clay
This is a friendlier version of a British Classic country sport. There are a variety of challenges including skill shot, standard shoot, first one to hit and more. Ideal for individual competition or team score competition.

Tractor Experience
Experience driving a large modern tractor around our testing course – a truly unique activity!

Falconry
A great chance to learn how to handle Hawks and make friends with Barn Owls. We can organise displays or a more hands on experience available for half or whole day bookings.
